IMPLEMENTASI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS DARING MELALUI SUPERVISI AKADEMIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN GURU DI SDN 6 MENDAWAI TAHUN PELAJARAN 2021/2022

In general, this study aims to describe and analyze the ability of teachers to utilize digital-based learning media in online learning before and after academic supervision activities are carried out at SDN 6 Mendawai in the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is a school action research conducted at SDN 6 Mendawai in semester 1 of the 2021/2022 academic year. The subjects of this study were 8 teachers who worked at SDN 6 Mendawai. The research procedure used three cycles, namely pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II. From the results of the analysis, it is found that academic supervision is very effective in increasing the ability of teachers to use digital-based learning media in online learning, because teachers have the opportunity to discuss together to study and solve problems based on conditions in the field.
